Chad Budlong (Senior Pastor) has served in pastoral ministry since 2000.  As a graduate of LIFE Bible College in San Dimas, CA, Pastor Chad is licensed and ordained through the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel.

Pastor Chad loves the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  "The highlight of my week is declaring each Sunday that God has made us right with Him through Jesus Christ and that He's looking to bless our socks off for it."  Though he loves to be humorous (or give it his best shot!), Pastor Chad has a strong passion for deep scriptural exposition.  "My job is to dig deep into the glorious Word of God--His love letter to mankind--and pull out a life-changing expression of God's love each week.  If I do not do so, I have not done my job."

Pastor Chad is dedicated to strategic ministry and leads through his gifted and faithful church staff.  He developed Faith Harvest's own discipleship program, "Growth Engines"--a 4-week course that teaches believers to "feed themselves" out of God's Word.  Pastor Chad is also a "singing shepherd"--having served as an Associate Pastor of Worship in North LA County, CA for 6 years.  As a songwriter and worship leader, Pastor Chad oversees the growth and development of Faith Harvest's music ministries.

In his spare time, Pastor Chad likes to make his best attempt at playing basketball, loves classic movies, and is always ready to tackle a tamale.  Pastor Chad was very blessed to marry his beautiful wife, Valerie (who Co-Pastor's the church with him).  They have 3 children, Andrew (April 2004), Matthew (May 2008) and Julia (July 2011).
